Why we ask for your information: While we list high end homes, consumers would be limited if they didn't see luxury listings from ALL agents in the area. We can promote our own listings how we see fit. However, when promoting the listings of another agent, the listings must be requested from the consumer. By submitting your info, it allows us to send all luxury listings in the area.
